Booking & Payments

Q: How do I book a party?
A: Use this link to book your party. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: We recommend 4–6 weeks ahead to lock in your preferred date and time.

Q: When is the final payment due?
A: Full payment is required at least 3 days before your party.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?
A: Online, PayID, bank transfer, and EFTPOS.

Q: Can I change my booking date?
A: Yes, with at least 7 days’ notice. Deposits can be transferred to a new date but not refunded.


Party Duration & Activities

Q: How long does a party run?
A: Standard parties run for 2 hours, including 90 minutes of playtime and 30 minutes for food and celebration. Private bookings can be extended to 3 hours or more.

Q: What ages are the parties best for?
A: Inflatables are ideal for ages 3–12. Older kids and adults can enjoy the sports courts (additional cost).

Q: Can we decorate the party area?
A: Yes! Balloons, banners, and table decorations are welcome. Please no confetti, glitter, piñatas, or wall decorations.

Q: Do you have party rooms? A: We don’t have traditional party rooms, but every party is allocated its own party table. For those wanting a more exclusive experience, we also offer a semi-private deck area that can be booked at an additional cost, giving you access to a dedicated space.

Q: Do you have music at the venue?
A: Yes, we play kid-friendly music throughout the venue. Please note that the music cannot be customized or changed during regular business hours.

Q: What are the different types of parties you have?
A: We host a variety of parties to suit every celebration, including:

  • Inflatable Parties – Bounce and play on our exciting inflatables.
  • Sports Parties – Enjoy fun games like soccer, cricket, or netball and bounce and play on our exciting inflatables.
  • Nerf Parties – Action-packed battles with Nerf blasters and access to inflatables.
  • Private & Family Parties – Book out the space for your own exclusive celebration.

Guests & Attendance

Q: How many children are included in a party package?
A: Standard parties include up to 10 children (birthday child included). Extra children can be added for a per-child fee.

Q: What if fewer children attend?
A: The minimum package cost applies regardless of attendance.

Q: Can siblings join in?
A: Yes. They’re welcome to play and will be counted as party attendees.

Q: Do parents need to stay?
A: Yes. At least one parent or guardian must remain on site to supervise children at all times.

Q: What is the maximum capacity?
A: Our venue can comfortably host up to 100 plus children on the inflatables and 50 supervising adults.


Food & Catering

Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own finger food, snacks, and birthday cake for BYO parties only. Outside drinks are not permitted, and no outside food or drinks are allowed for other bookings.

Q: Do you offer catering?
A: Yes. Optional food packages include pizzas, snacks, and drinks.

Q: Can we order food delivery?
A: Absolutely — but only for BYO, private, or family parties, and no outside drinks are permitted. For all other bookings, outside food or drinks are not allowed. External deliveries are welcome; please notify us in advance.

Q: Are plates, cups, and napkins provided?
A: Yes, with catering packages. BYO parties should bring their own.

Q: Can you provide cutlery for a BYO party? A: We don’t provide cutlery for BYO parties, so please bring your own plates, cups, and utensils.

Q: Do you cater for allergies and special diets?
A: Please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate. For BYO food, parents are responsible for managing allergy risks.

Q: Is fridge/freezer space available?
A: Limited fridge space is available. Please confirm at the time of booking.


Venue & Setup

Q: How early can we arrive to set up?
A: You may arrive 15–20 minutes before your booking to decorate and get settled.

Q: Is the venue weatherproof?
A: Yes. The venue is fully indoors and climate-controlled.

Q: Is parking available?
A: Plenty of free on-site parking is available.

Q: Is the venue wheelchair and pram accessible?
A: Yes, our venue is fully accessible.


Safety & Supervision

Q: Do you provide supervisors?
A: Our staff assist with activities and safety checks, but parents/guardians remain responsible for supervising their children at all times.

Q: Are the inflatables safe?
A: Yes. All inflatables meet Australian safety standards and are regularly inspected.

Q: Do children need socks?
A: Yes. Socks are required on all inflatables, and grip socks are recommended.

Q: What happens if someone gets hurt?
A: Trained first aid staff are on site. Parents/guardians are ultimately responsible for their children.

Q: How do you handle cleaning and hygiene?
A: All equipment and play areas are cleaned and sanitized at the end of each day, with additional cleaning carried out as needed.


Extras & Add-Ons

Q: Do you provide goodie bags?
A: Not included, but you’re welcome to bring your own.

Q: Can I book extra time?
A: Yes, subject to availability and an additional fee.

Q: Do you have a photographer?
A: No, but you’re welcome to bring your own or hire one.

Q: Do you do themed parties?
A: We don’t supply themes, but you can bring themed decorations, costumes, and cakes.

Q: Can we hire the entire venue?
A: Yes. Private parties offer exclusive access to inflatables and courts.

Q: What areas do you service? A: Werribee Indoor Sports and BouncyRoos Werribee proudly services Werribee and the surrounding suburbs within a 20 km radius. This includes Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, Point Cook, Williams Landing, Wyndham Vale, Laverton, Altona Meadows, Derrimut, Sunshine, Melton South, and Caroline Springs, Manor Lakes as well as other nearby communities.
