Bookings

  • Please allow a minimum of 3 business days' notice for online bookings. Bookings made within 3 business days of the desired date must be made by contacting the store directly. We encourage early bookings to ensure availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) is required to secure all bookings. This booking is considered provisional until the deposit is received within 48 hours. Failure to make the deposit within this timeframe may result in the cancellation of this booking without further notice.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) is required to secure all bookings and $300 for private bookings.

  • The outstanding balance is due 3 business days prior to the party date.

Guest Confirmation

  • Prior to your party, we will contact you to confirm the expected number of children attending. Adjustments to the guest count can only be made within 24 hours of the party start time. Please note that charges will apply for the confirmed number of children, as well as any additional children present on the day.

Food & Drinks

  • Guests are welcome to bring their own cake. Please inquire with our staff on the day of the party regarding storage options for your cake.

  • Outside drinks are not permitted.

  • If bringing your own food, please ensure it is in finger food.

  • Unlimited water and cordial will be provided.

Cancellation Policy

  • The deposit will be forfeited in the event of cancellation by the Client.

  • The Client acknowledges and agrees to be responsible for payment for all confirmed attendees, including the birthday child, even in cases of no-show, unless written cancellation notice is provided at least 12 hours before the party.

Rescheduling and No-Show Policy

Rescheduling Requests

  • All reschedule requests must be submitted in writing to parties@werribeeindoorsports.com.au or another designated communication channel. Requests must include the booking reference number, party date, and the reason for rescheduling.

  • No refunds will be provided for rescheduled bookings, regardless of the notice period. The original booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other bookings.

  • Reschedule requests must be made no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled party start time. Requests submitted within 48 hours of the scheduled party will not be accommodated, and the booking will be treated as final.

Private Party Rescheduling

  • A minimum of three weeks' written notice is required for rescheduling private parties. While the venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests, deposits shall remain non-refundable if the requested rescheduling cannot be accommodated.

Public Holiday No-Shows

  • In the event of a no-show for a party scheduled on a public holiday, where no prior notice is provided at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled date and time, the client will incur a public holiday surcharge in addition to charges for all confirmed attendees, including the birthday child, irrespective of attendance.

Important Notes

  • A 15% surcharge will be applicable for parties held on public holidays.

  • Adult supervision of children is mandatory at all times.

  • Children are required to remove their shoes and wear socks before entering the play area.

  • Jewellery and any sharp objects must be removed prior to entering the play area.

  • Children who are displaying signs of illness should refrain from using the play facilities.

  • We kindly request that any accidents or injuries be reported to a member of our trained staff immediately.

 Semi Private Catered Hire rules

  • Limited availability. Only one booking per time slot is permitted. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any time slot.

  • You will be allocated a premium deck area to host your party.

  • Common areas will be used by patrons from other parties e.g Bar, Inflatables etc

  • Semi-Private - Catered Party Package for 10 kids at $650 only (including food).

  • Cost per extra child $35 (with food).

  • Arrive 10 mins prior to the start.

  • Customer to confirm the headcount of children/ adults attending the party 3 days prior to the party date.

  • Customer to confirm the Catered Menu options and Adult platters details, 3 days prior to the party date.

  • No outside drinks allowed.

  • Unlimited water, cordial, cutlery and disposables will be provided by us.

Semi Private BYO hire rules

  • Limited availability. Only one booking per time slot is permitted. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any time slot.

  • You will be allocated a premium deck area to host your party.

  • Common areas will be used by patrons from other parties e.g Bar, Inflatables etc

  • Semi-Private - BYO Party Package for 10 kids at $550 only.

  • Cost per extra child $25.

  • Arrive 10 mins prior to the start.

  • Customer to confirm the headcount of children/ adults attending the party 3 days prior to the party date.

  • No outside drinks allowed.

  • Unlimited water and cordial will be provided by us.

  • Customer to arrange cutlery and disposables.

 BYO Party rules

  • BYO package at $250 for 10 kids only.

  • Cost per extra child $25.

  • 90 mins table allocation for birthday party.

  • Arrive 10 mins prior to the start.

  • Customer to confirm the headcount of children/ adults attending the party 3 days prior to the party date.

  • No outside drinks allowed.

  • Unlimited water and cordial will be provided by us.

  • Customer to arrange cutlery and disposables.

Catered Party rules

  • Catered package at $350 for 10 kids only.
